It is a focused assessment designed to help identify muscular, soft-tissue, movement and postural factors that may be contributing to your pain. Your assessment may include: Discussion of your symptoms, history and previous treatments Posture, walking and movement observation Range-of-motion and functional checks Identification of tight, restricted or problematic soft-tissue areas Determination of whether your condition is appropriate for our services A personalized treatment recommendation when appropriate The Pain Mechanic Assessment is ideal for people experiencing sciatica-type pain, lower-back pain, neck and shoulder pain, frozen shoulder, headaches, numbness, tingling, burning, restricted movement and other musculoskeletal pain concerns. If we believe we can help, we will recommend the appropriate treatment plan. If your condition appears to require evaluation by another healthcare professional, we will tell you. Assessment: $125
